Changing or cancelling your booking

You can request changes to your booking, or cancel it, right from your confirmation.

• Reschedule — free and instant up to 1 day before your session. Closer than that, just send a request and the studio will confirm.
• Add hours — request extra time up to 1 day before your session for instant approval; closer than that the studio confirms availability. Either way you only pay the difference.
• Shorten your booking — instant approval up to 3 days before your session; closer than that the studio confirms. Either way your refund is based on when you make the change (see below).

Refunds are issued either to the original payment method or as account credit, depending on the business configuration. Please note that Stripe processing fees are non-refundable.
